Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ADHD Dojo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. The Service is operated by Runtime Echo, Inc., doing business as ADHD Dojo.

2. Description of Service

ADHD Dojo is a productivity platform designed for individuals with ADHD, providing tools for task management, habit tracking, focus sessions, and productivity analytics. We offer both Starter and Pro subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Starter & Pro Trials (Card Required)

Starter includes a 1-month trial and Pro includes a 14-day trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial.

  • You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  • If you do not cancel, your account will convert to the selected paid plan at the end of the trial period.
  • Trial access includes the features of your selected plan unless explicitly noted otherwise.

Starter Subscription (Paid)

The Starter plan includes the ADHD essentials:

  • Task, habit, and routine management
  • Focus timers and Today dashboard
  • Goal planning and progress tracking
  • Core analytics built for ADHD workflows

Pro Subscription (Paid)

The Pro plan layers advanced capabilities on top of Starter:

  • AI planning tools and voice transcription
  • Advanced analytics and reporting
  • Data export and integrations
  • Priority support and upcoming Pro-exclusive features

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Flitt.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice.
  • Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless required by law.
  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Harass or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ADHD Dojo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create within the Service.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

ADHD Dojo is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The Service is designed as a productivity tool and should not replace professional medical treatment for ADHD or any other condition.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADHD DOJO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADHD Dojo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
